This quarantine has shown me that I am not as patient as I once naively thought I was.
The biggest thing that derailed us was not COVID-19.

I am thinking about the dreams I had, the dreams I have and the time gone by.
“Jen, why get on a plane then?” Because of what is on the other side.
This world of instant gratification has plagued us with wanting to rush through things.
Sometimes sacrifice means looking at the status quo- the unwritten algorithm for a successful life- and deciding not to follow it.
I think my anxiety, in much of my life, is my friend.
I am not saying that they are charging Canadians through their noses because we are a captive audience (I’m not saying it… but I am thinking it…).
